Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Identify potential customers and market segments.
Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Sales and Business Development:
Promote company products (FMCG/FMCD) to retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Field Work and Client Visits:
Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution centers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiate deals and finalize sales agreements.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Coordinate product launches and promotional events.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Minimum graduation (Bachelor’s degree) required.
Previous experience in sales or marketing preferred.
Knowledge of FMCG/FMCD products is advantageous.

Bike Required: Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike.
