Be disciplined about visiting all assigned retailers at prescribed frequency in the respective geography.
Spend minimum 4hrs in the market with customers taking orders.
Achieve daily/ weekly and monthly revenue, distribution and productivity targets
Present Schemes and benefits of trade comprehensively.
Build good relationship with trade.
Accountable in submitting the order Bills and amount collected from market to the respective RS point daily.
Product Knowledge
Extensive product and category knowledge.
Thorough understanding of competing products and price lists.
Technology Know-how
Should be able to work comfortably with technology, Mobile Apps/ touch screen tablets and software.
Efficient in usage of all technology system that might be needed to make him more efficient. - ME Structure
RS Marketing Executives are basically divided into 2 formats
3P – these are RS with large business and greater than 10 ME at a distributor point. ME are on the payroll of 3rd party agency – Smollon – HFS for East, West and Central). Compensation structure etc are aligned basis minimum wages Act for all and other statutory compliances aligned as per state
Non 3P – MEs are hired and on payroll of distributor only. Salaries and other benefits only provided by distributor.
- Criteria for ME recruitment:
The below criteria is preferred while sourcing candidates for the role of ME: (*criteria may vary basis specific area/ location requirement)

Compensation Structure:
3P ME: Fixed salary in compliance with state MW+ Incentive+ Travel allowance
Non-3P: Fixed Salary+ Incentive (salary may vary basis the existing salary structure of RSs & TA optional)

Non 3P ME:
Statutory benefits vary from one RS to another basis statutory norms of that particular location.
