Job Title: Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate cold calls to potential leads and introduce our services.
Lead Conversion: Engage with leads, build rapport, and convert them into clients by scheduling physical meetings at our office or site visits.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads through reminders on social media channels.
Reporting: Maintain detailed reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel.
Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks and other associated work as required.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Proficiency in Odia, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook).
