Big tech companies across the country have taken a big decision on work from home. Companies are making different policies to call employees working from home to the office. If employees do not follow the rules, strict action can be taken against them. 
 
The era of work from home started during the Corona period. Now tech companies are implementing new policies to bring their employees back to the office. In such a situation, employees will have to adapt themselves. Companies say that if employees do not follow the new rules, strict action will be taken against them. These include Dell, TCS, Wipro and other tech companies.

Decisions made by big tech companies regarding work from home: 

Cognizant: 

  1. Developing an app to monitor employee work. 
  1. CEO Ravi Kumar expects employees to come to the office with a purpose and stay for at least three days. 
  1. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS): 
  1. Introduced a policy linking variable pay to office attendance. 
  1. Employees working from the office for less than 60% of the time won’t receive any variable pay. 
  1. Those with 60-75% attendance will get 50% of the variable pay. 
  1. Employees with 75-85% attendance will receive 75% of the variable pay. 
  1. Those with over 85% attendance will receive the full variable pay. 

Dell Technologies: 

  1. Plans to use a color-coded badge system to monitor employee attendance.
