We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales and Marketing Executive
to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive will play a
key role in promoting and selling our services in the Distribution of Electrical Products. The
ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background,
and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a hybrid position that requires both field and remote work, so the candidate must
have their own bike and having a laptop is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned
territory.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sectors.
3.Meeting the dealers and distributors of concerned products and strategize for business
development.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
5.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
6.Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our
services.
7.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and
campaigns.
8.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for
improvement.
9.Mentor the freshers and junior sales staff for proper strategies and direction.
10.Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the Electrical
or IT industry or any FMCG, Technology, Real Estate industry etc.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
4.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Must possess a valid driving license and have their own bike for traveling within the
assigned territory.
7.Having a personal laptop to support remote work requirements is preferred.
8.Education is no bar for proper candidate. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, is
preferred.
Experience: 2 Years Experience and Higher
Salary: Rs. 15,000 onwards (Depending on the skills and experience)
Incentives: As per industry standards over the salary
