Sales and Marketing Executive (For Distribution Vertical): 15 No
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join
our team in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and
selling our services in the Distribution of Electrical Products. The ideal candidate should
have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for
delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a hybrid position that requires both field and remote work, so the candidate must
have their own bike and having a laptop is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
– Meet with dealers and distributors of concerned products to strategize for business development.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sectors.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
– Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:

– Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– Must possess a valid driving license and have their own bike for traveling within the assigned territory.
– Preferably has a personal laptop to support remote work requirements.
– Education is not a bar for proper candidates; however, a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred (or relevant experience).
Experience: Freshers to 2 Years Experience
Salary: Starting from Rs. 10,000 onwards (Depending on skills/experience)
Incentives: As per industry standards over the salary
